This two-day course trains participants to conduct residential weatherization audits in Michigan in alignment with the state and federal standards. Participants will learn best practices for pre-visit preparation, client engagement, in-home evaluation, Health & Safety assessments, and diagnostic testing. The course emphasizes accurate data collection and documentation using the Uniform Data Collection Tool and other State-specific standards, such as the Michigan Energy Auditor Guide and the Michigan Field Guide.
