Description:

This one-day course covers proper sizing and installation of heat pump systems for reliable, efficient operation. Participants will learn when heat pumps are appropriate for heating, cooling, and domestic hot water, review system components and operation basics, and discuss visual inspections of line-sets, units, and ductwork. The class also addresses airflow, load requirements, troubleshooting, and the use of manufacturer guidelines and mechanical codes to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency.
