Weatherization Program Management Module

As agencies transition into the new Weatherization Program Management Module, a comprehensive set of training classes will be offered to ensure every role is fully prepared for soft launch, hard launch, and ongoing program operations. These classes are designed to support staff with varying responsibilities—from leadership and finance to intake staff, auditors, modelers, and QCIs—so each audience receives training tailored to their daily work and program requirements.

The curriculum covers the full lifecycle of Weatherization job management, including job sequencing, intake, modeling, work orders, quality control, contractor oversight, and data reporting. Participants will also gain hands‑on experience using dashboards, navigating WAweb connections, and interpreting reporting tools needed for compliance with state and federal guidelines. In addition, the Weatherization Program Management Guidebook will serve as the foundation, providing the policy, workflow, and operational context necessary to successfully use the new module. Together, these classes ensure that all agency staff can confidently and efficiently operate within a single, integrated system—strengthening accuracy, improving workflow, and supporting high‑quality Weatherization services across Michigan.
